Problem AIG is a global property with assets all across the globe. Each at the time operating as separate entities, which meant a lack of a universal culture, brand, and web system.
Solution Unify and empower AIG by building one signature digital experience framework with a complete design system kit to be used by all AIG assets (countries.)
Deliverables 1) Digital brand that changes AIG's culture. 2) Digital design system that sets the global AIG standard and is a seamless multi-screen experience (aka responsive). 3) Flexible plug & play components library. 4) Personalized website experience for Ireland.
Metrics Ireland released their website (about) 2 years after we handed over our proposal. Other countries followed. It appears they all have been properly following our suggested brand, design system, and components as of today.
